Technologies of the Giro La DND Women’s Gloves
Giro gloves fit better thanks to super fit engineering ! The shape of the glove matches that of a hand when it grips the handlebars, so pressure points or wrinkles are avoided. Together with high-quality materials and the three-piece palm construction, Giro gloves offer superior comfort with the best control and grip on the handlebar.

Giro uses AX Suede™ for gloves that should be robust and durable in daily use. The flexible material is weather resistant and breathable.

Flex Zones™ are used on many Giro full-finger gloves. Flexible zones at the knuckles reduce friction to a minimum and increase the mobility of the fingers.

The unique 3-piece palm construction does not impede hand movement in any way and protects the palm from pressure points while maintaining full handlebar control. This construction makes Giro gloves so comfortable and convenient that you forget you’re wearing them as soon as you put them on.

Most electronic devices, like the iPhone, have touchscreens and are impossible to use with normal full-finger gloves. Giro equips most of its full-finger gloves with a special coating called touchscreen technology, so you can operate your mobile device without taking off your gloves.

Technogel® is used for the padding of the premium gloves because of its excellent pressure distribution properties. When pressure is applied, it conforms to the hand by deforming in all three directions. Normal padding materials tend to deform along only one axis, causing pressure to build up in the direct contact zones. Giro gloves with Technogel offer excellent pressure distribution and shock absorption as well as long-lasting performance – it doesn’t harden or break down over time, so the glove remains supple and comfortable even after many miles.
