Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase then returns, refunds & exchanges are not possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags still attached.
Exclusions
Bicycles and special orders involving any other products ordered or modified to your personal specification (be that size, colour or anything else) are exluded from this returns policy. It is not possible to refund a deposit based on a late delivery by a supplier if the item is already in process and or manufacture with the supplier.
Any items opened, used and not in their original state are excluded from this returns policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Bicycle refunds
If, after your payment for a bicycle, you decide you do not want it for any reason (example wrong size, decision for another model), we reserve the right to deduct the workshop build, delivery and any other costs associated with your order (like packing) from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If after 5 working days from our confirmation of receiving the returned goods, you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at finance@eatsleepcycle.com.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Eat Sleep Cycle, Carrer del Vern 3, Girona, 17004, Spain.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Even if you benefited from free shipping to receive your item, we will take this loss and not deduct this cost from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
