Shipping, Payment & Returns


All items in stock are shipped within 1-3 working days.

If your item in on backorder will we contact you on receipt of your purchase with an estimated delviery time. If you are not happy with the delivery time, we’ll offer you a full refund.

We ship using DHL, UPS, Correos & Seur. You will receive tracking information for your goods.

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

Spain – 1 – 3 working days

Europe – 5- 7 working days

USA & Canada – 7 – 14 working days

Rest of the World – Up to 30 days

Damage in Transit

It is important to check the condition of your goods on arrival. If an item has been damaged during shipping do not accept delivery of the package and to let us know immediately.

Once we have received the goods back & inspected the damage our team will then offer you a range of options – a replacement item, a suitable alternative or a refund.


Payments can be made online using all major credit & debit cards. We use the secure Stripe payment system.

We also a offer a click & collect service and can accept cash payments in our Girona store. Simply place your order online & select ‘collect in Girona Hub’ for the delivery method.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt & we will issue a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned “as-new” & in a salable condition. Clothing must be unworn & unwashed. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Whilst we will replace or refund the item(s) free of charge you are liable to cover the cost of the return shipping.

Please note: We can only accept refunds & returns from purchases made in our Girona Hub or from our website. We cannot accept returns from purchases made from our brand stores – you must contact your place of purchase for their returns policy.

If you cancel your bike order after you have paid a deposit you will be refunded your deposit amount less any costs already incurred – for example any parts or consumables used which cannot be returned to their original state & the cost of any labour incurred.

Complete custom builds (a frame plus custom components) are non-refundable.


All of our product partners are committed to high-quality products & manufacturing standards. In the rare event that a faults occurs please contact us at [email protected] & we will organise a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Next Steps

Once your return package has been received it will be reviewed by our customer service team as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the package and the outcome of the return review.

PAYING WITH 0% FINANCE (Spanish Residents)

We offer 0% finance on purchases via Bank Sabadell for bike purchases up to the value of €5,000. Payment can be made over a period of up to 24 months.

To be eligible you need to present:

  • Spanish residency
  • Photo ID card
  • Bank statement
  • Proof of income
