It’s a very simple Kit, but it includes step-by-step instructions for accurately measuring your sit bones. Just follow the instructions provided.

Find a suitable place to start the test and prepare the kit with all the complements that are included.

Let’s begin with the ischial measurement. You only have one chance to make your mark. Do the movements specified on the instructions and…magic appears! Two pink spots marks will appear on the IMK. Well done!
