With 23g of carbohydrates per serving, 3g of creatine monohydrate, vitamins C and B6, Aquamin® (a natural source of magnesium and marine minerals from the North Irish Sea) and specifically formulated to maintain body isotonia due to its osmolarity of 330nm/l. Each serving of Isotonic Sports Drink contains 228mg sodium.

Each dose of Isotonic Sports Drink provides 23g of a specific mixture of 4 carbohydrates with different glycemic indices (corn glucose syrup, coconut sugar, fructose and maltodextrin) that provide availability of sustained energy. In addition, coconut sugar, being an unrefined sugar, provides energy naturally and gives it a unique flavor.

Creatine improves physical performance in brief, high-intensity exercises such as sprinting (with an intake of 3g per day).

magnesium and vitamin B6 help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Aquamin® provides magnesium of marine origin and a broad spectrum of minerals and electrolytes found in seawater and which is positive for maintaining correct hydration and therefore, correct performance.
