SRAM GX Eagle AXS derailleur
The SRAM GX Eagle AXS Derailleur is a very capable, durable derailleur equipped with SRAM’s latest technology. The AXS technology brings wireless shifting ease to the GX Eagle derailleur. Goodbye untidy cables! On top of that, the SRAM GX Eagle AXS Derailleur supports cassette sprockets of up to 52 teeth, so you’ll tame even the steepest climbs with ease. Best of all, the GX Eagle AXS derailleur features SRAM’s Overload Clutch, which helps protect your derailleur from damage during drive-side falls.
SRAM GX Eagle AXS Controller
Whether you’re riding over rough terrain, uphill, or when you need to put a lot of power down on the pedals: nothing is too much for the GX Eagle AXS drivetrain. Switching to a lighter or heavier gear has never been easier with the GX Eagle AXS Controller, and it allows you to also not lose contact with the grips. The 2-button layout feels intuitive and the controller has a comfortable design. The GX Eagle AXS Controller features ergonomic contact points that make shifting feel easy. These buttons can be set up according to your preference – using the AXS app you can choose which functions you want linked to which buttons.
Chain Gap Tool
Using the SRAM Chain Gap Tool 50-52t you can set your SRAM rear MTB derailleur precisely. This tool can be used with both mechanical and electronic AXS rear derailleurs. And thanks to its small, compact design, you can easily take it with on rides. It’s also completely recyclable, which means no unnecessary waste should you no longer need it.
Technology
AXS Connect technology
AXS Connect technology makes it possible to set up your SRAM GX Eagle AXS drivetrain exactly as you like, using the SRAM AXS app. You can, for example, choose between synchronised or traditional shifting. You can also determine which functions are linked to the different buttons on the controller, and you can link another device, like a dropper post or a navigation system, to the controller.
Overload-Clutch
The SRAM GX Eagle AXS derailleur is equipped with an Overload-Clutch. This is an ingenious system from SRAM whereby the derailleur clutch has a spring that allows it to move inwards on impact, protecting the derailleur from damage during drive-side falls.
