SHIPPING
We ship internationally. If you are unable to checkout with your delivery address please contact us.
All in stock items are shipped within 1-3 working days. Bikes take 5-7 days to prepare. Please contact us if you need an express service.
If your item is on backorder will we contact you on receipt of your purchase with an estimated delivery time. If you are not happy with the delivery time, we’ll offer you a full refund.
We ship using Seur in Spain (Peninsula and Baleares) and UPS/Fedex to Canarias and outside of Spain. You will receive tracking information for your goods once we ship.
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Spain: 1 – 3 working days
- Europe: 5- 7 working days
- UK: 7 – 14 working days
- USA & Canada: 7 – 14 working days
- Rest of the World: Up to 30 days
IMPORTANT for non EU customers!:
Orders being shipped to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped to & the courier will charge you any taxes or customs directly. As taxes and customs may also depend on product category as well as declared amount, we are not able to provide you with any further details. We would recommend you to consult your local Customs office.
