The Apidura Aero Bolt-On Top Tube Module is a lightweight, strap-free top tube bag designed for gravel racing, endurance cycling and fast riding. Developed as part of Apidura’s Aero System, it combines aerodynamic performance with quick-access storage for nutrition and essential ride gear.

Designed using CFD analysis and validated through wind-tunnel testing, the Aero Bolt-On Top Tube Module sits flush against the top tube behind the stem to help smooth airflow around the bike. Apidura’s Aero range is specifically developed to minimise drag while maintaining practical on-bike storage.

Strap-Free Bolt-On Design

Rather than using traditional straps, the module attaches directly to compatible top tube mounts using two M5 bolts. With 5 cm of fore-aft adjustment, its position can be fine-tuned to align closely with the rear of the stem for a clean, aerodynamic fit.

A full-length internal carbon reinforcement helps the bag maintain its shape, while Apidura’s ultralight Hexagrid construction provides structure without unnecessary weight.

Quick Access for Gravel Racing

With 0.4 litres of capacity and a weight of just 95 g, the Apidura Aero Bolt-On Top Tube Module is designed to carry gels, nutrition and small essentials without adding unnecessary bulk. A magnetic closure allows fast, one-handed access while riding — particularly useful during gravel races and endurance events.

The module can be used independently or paired with the Apidura Aero Frame Module to create a complete aerodynamic storage system. Apidura reports an average 5-watt aerodynamic saving at race speeds for the combined system, based on its wind-tunnel testing.
