The Dynaplug Air is a compact tubeless tyre repair kit and CO2 inflator that lets you plug a puncture and reinflate your tyre at the same time. Designed for fast roadside and trailside repairs, it’s an ideal emergency tool for road, gravel and mountain bike tubeless tyres.
Unlike a conventional tubeless plug kit, the Dynaplug Air combines Dynaplug’s puncture repair system with an integrated regulated CO2 inflator. Insert the repair nozzle into the puncture, open the air valve to inflate the tyre, then remove the tool—the Dynaplug remains in place to seal the puncture while you get back up to riding pressure.
The Dynaplug system requires no glue, sealant adhesive or reaming of the puncture. Each plug uses an impregnated rubber cord with a non-abrasive metal tip designed for easy insertion into a tubeless tyre.
A regulated valve gives you control over CO2 inflation, while the included air hose means the Dynaplug Air can also be used simply as a CO2 tyre inflator when required. There’s even a Presta valve core remover integrated into the cap, reducing the number of separate tools you need to carry.
Available with Road or MTB/Gravel repair nozzles, the Dynaplug Air is a particularly useful addition to a saddle bag, tool roll or jersey pocket for riders using tubeless tyres. The tool body weighs just 20g and is CNC-machined from anodised 6061 aluminium.
The kit includes four Dynaplug repair plugs, two 16g threaded CO2 cartridges and an air hose with Presta adapter. The inflator is also compatible with threaded 12–25g CO2 cartridges.
