The Ritchey Outback is a versatile steel gravel frameset built for riders who want to explore further. From fast gravel rides and rough back roads to loaded bikepacking trips and multi-day adventures, the Outback combines classic Ritchey ride quality with modern off-road capability.

At the heart of the Outback is a TIG-welded frame constructed from heat-treated, triple-butted Ritchey Logic steel tubing. The result is the responsive yet resilient ride feel that has made Ritchey steel bikes legendary, delivering comfort across rough terrain while remaining lively when it's time to pick up the pace.

Generous tyre clearance gives you plenty of options for adapting the bike to your riding. Run up to 700 x 48 mm tyres for fast gravel and mixed surfaces, or choose 650B wheels with tyres up to 2.0" for additional grip and comfort on more demanding terrain.

The full-carbon Ritchey Adventure fork features multi-purpose mounts for carrying extra equipment, while rack and mudguard mounts make the Outback ready for commuting, touring and fully loaded bikepacking adventures.

With compatibility for both 1x and 2x drivetrains, a reliable English-threaded bottom bracket and modern thru-axles, the Outback offers a practical platform for creating a truly versatile custom gravel bike.
