Quan la pandèmia va afectar el 2020, el negoci existent de Eat Sleep Cycle (lloguer de bicicletes i visites guiades en bicicleta per Europa) es va reduir a zero. Davant un desastre, va ser el moment de repensar per què vam començar l'empresa i quin serà el nostre model de negoci en el futur.
Ja teníem una bonica botiga al centre de la ciutat de Girona que històricament ocupàvem amb una gran flota de bicicletes de lloguer. L'explotació minorista existia, tot i que era petita i s'adreçava més que res als turistes.
We spent the evenings during the pandemic talking about the past (the beginning of this journey) and, over a glass of wine or beer, and imagined the future could look like. And so it came about that we set ourselves a new challenge...

We don't do things halfway, we are both ambitious and when we propose something like this we will do everything possible to achieve it.
We decided to focus more on the local market - the city of Girona, the province of Girona and all of Spain. Because a store has to be for cyclists in and around your city. We decided to fill our store with material, because there is nothing worse than going to your local bike shop for something and it doesn't have it.

Hem contractat un nou personal local amb la passió i el coneixement del ciclisme que impulsa la botiga. Ens hem adonat que els nostres clients també volen comprar els nostres productes des de casa, per això hem afegit la botiga online amb l'objectiu de donar el mateix servei personalitzat i de qualitat.
