Shipment to the UK from the Eat Sleep Cycle online shop is easy, simply enter your delivery address and complete your purchase selecting your chosen payment method.
Your purchase with Eat Sleep Cycle is VAT FREE
Eat Sleep Cycle will not charge you VAT, this will be charged by the courier (normally UPS or FEDEX) before delivering the item to you. You will receive a message from the courier with a link to pay.
You will not be charged anything else!
There will be no extra import or admin fees, only the 20% VAT.
Shipping Rates
We use secure and trusted courier services including UPS and FEDEX.
Eat Sleep Cycle has 3 simple shipping rates to the UK which are calculated based on an average of the actual cost to us.
Standard Item (everything other than the below like kit and accessories) – €19
Oversized item (Bicycle frame or wheels) – €149
Bicycle – €199
Shipping times
Anything other than a bike leaves our premises within 3 days of the order and arrives in 48 hours.
Bicycles require one week of preparation in our workshop before leaving and due to passing customs may take up to a week to arrive, so assume up to 2 weeks in total.
Returns
Eat Sleep Cycle does not offer free returns. Please refer to size guides carefully before ordering. In the event of damaged product in transit or goods not meeting your expectations we would work with you on the best solution.
